Somatic Balance · Mixed · 95 minutes
A slow, sensory exploration of balance - not as a fixed point we hold, but as a living relationship between moving towards and away from our center of gravity.
This class draws on somatic movement principles to help you sense groundedness from the inside out. Rather than working balance as a static pose to achieve, we explore it as continuous, responsive motion - building proprioceptive awareness (your body's sense of itself in space) that can develop and support steadiness.
Suitable for a mixed-level practice: whether you're new to somatic work or have an established movement background, the pacing allows you to work at the edge of your own capacity.
