Join Jean to explore the rich world of somatic movement flow. These classes are for anybody who likes to move and connect to embodied awareness to notice and appreciate the subtle, yet powerful and exquisite details within our body and mind, and world around us.

One Saturday each month at 10am-12pm UK time:
Drop in livestream and recordings are available.
Single livestream class £20 or 4 livestream classes £75 (includes recording).

ONE TO ONE YOGA Tuition

I offer private one to one and small group yoga tuition. This is a supportive way to personalise the yoga practice for each individual’s needs, interests and circumstances. It nurtures learning at a pace that is optimum for each person whilst focusing on areas that are of particular relevance and significance for each individual.

Private sessions can focus on posture alignment, fluid movement, yoga philosophy, meditation, depressed, and breath awareness. They also offer space to nurture a personal practice and to deepen sensitivity to the body signals, learning how to respond with clarity, kindness, and care.

These sessions take place online via zoom.

To practice with me online please follow these simple steps

In these classes there will be modifications for beginners or those with injuries to make it gentler, and also stronger variations of the postures for those who enjoy a challenge. Please note these classes are offered only on the basis that all who join take responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being and practice these online classes at their own risk.
