Each class is divided into two parts. The first part introduces and explores essential movement principles, including breath awareness, alignment and functional movement patterns. The second part applies these principles through guided yoga flow sequences, allowing you to integrate breath and movement while developing mobility, strength, stability and vitality.

Through this series of 4 live 2 hour streamed class recordings the key principles and practices of somatic yoga are introduced and explored. All are welcome, as different options are offered to accommodate different levels of experience. (8 x 1 hour sessions)
