This three-hour online workshop combines breath-led vinyasa yoga, somatic movement, and qigong (similar to tai-chi), guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the energy of spring.
Spring brings momentum, growth, and change. It can feel energising, but also unstable. In this workshop, we explore how to meet that rising energy with steadiness, flexibility, and clarity.
Like a tree, we practise rooting into the ground while allowing upward movement. Through flowing movement, breath, qigong, and reflection, we work with the body’s own intelligence and seasonal rhythms to support resilience, adaptability, and direction.

Grounded, fluid movement that supports our ability to rise yet stay stable
