Yoga Classes at Triyoga, Camden, with Jean Hall

 

6.30-8pm Wednesday Evenings

Jean Hall - Version 2A unique strong and soulful vinyasa class to inspire, soothe, move and get you through the rest of the week! In this class we focus on developing deep awareness of the natural momentum of the breath to guide the body through creative sequences drawing participants into a flowing meditation of body and mind all in the tradition of yoga krama (the wise progression of asanas and  postures).

This class is suited for intermediates to advance. Cost: £17

8-9.30pm Wednesday Evenings

A mid week chill out class with the intention to restore balance and vitality. During this class restorative and yin postures, pranayama (breathing practices), sun and moon salutes integrated with standing and seated postures are all put in the mix to refresh the senses, strengthen the body and relax the mind.

 12-1.30pm Sunday Afternoons

A calming, spacious and open hearted yoga practice by which to gently bring the weekend to a close. This class is aimed at exploring and practicing the art of grounding and rooting in order to create stability, ease, lightness and balance for the week ahead.

1.45-3.15pm Sunday Afternoons

A strong deep flowing yoga class to explore our potential + open our practice into new realms of experience… come prepared to be challenged and immersed into creative sequences which will incorporate standing poses into inversions and back bends to rinse through our whole being!
